V. Amendments to Personal Data


If you wish to object to SUPERTALENT’s continued use and/or disclosure of your personal data for any reason, or if you otherwise wish to access, change, update or remove your personal data, you can do this by contacting SUPERTALENT at its email address below. You may decline to receive e-mails by clicking on ‘unsubscribe’ in any marketing e-mail you receive.

Upon your request, SUPERTALENT will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete your data from SUPERTALENT’s records within 10 business days. Please note that some residual information may remain in its private records after deletion of your account. SUPERTALENT may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your personal data after you delete your account, but not in a manner that would identify you personally unless permitted by law.

SUPERTALENT ensures that all information collected will be safely and securely stored. SUPERTALENT’s security measures include but are not limited to the following:

TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE NOT TO TAKE ANY ACTION AND/OR WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST SUPERTALENT FOR DISCLOSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with South Korea, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Korea courts.
